Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the platform whether you are an Importer (Buyer), Supplier (Manufacturer/Warehouse), or Visitor. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
This is a structured summary tailored to importer/supplier workflows. In case of conflict, the full legal Terms published on the platform apply.
1. Accounts, Verification & Use
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Suppliers are encouraged to complete verification (documents, customs match, inspections).
- Account access is personal; users are responsible for all account activity.
- The platform may suspend accounts that fail verification or violate policies.
2. Listings, Pricing & HS Codes
Suppliers are responsible for accuracy of listings, HS codes, specifications, pricing, and MOQ details. Importers must verify HS codes and product specifications before placing orders.
Final commercial terms are determined in the supplier's formal quote. Indicative pricing on the platform may change.
3. Orders, Payments & Shipping
The platform facilitates introductions, RFQs, and communication. Contracts of sale exist directly between buyer and supplier.
Payment terms (LC, TT, DP) and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are agreed between buyer and supplier.
Payment or escrow services, if provided, may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own policies.
4. Verification & Trust Signals
Verification badges (Factory Verified, Customs Verified, Business License, Tax Verified, Gold Member) are informational.
The platform makes reasonable efforts to verify information, but importers must conduct due diligence for significant orders.
5. Disputes & Liability
Buyers and suppliers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly. The platform may provide mediation tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from supplier contracts.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform content (text, images, logos) is owned by the platform or licensed by users.
Users grant the platform a license to display listing content. Infringing content may result in suspension.
7. Termination & Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, or failed verification.
Termination does not remove prior contractual obligations.
8. Data & Privacy
Data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy. Buyer contact details are shared only after approved RFQs or explicit consent.
